At Deenehaq Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• The product must not be washed, altered, stained, or damaged.

• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned after the applicable return period.

Customized or personalized products may also be non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by Deenehaq Store.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
